1) Proficient computer skills (all Microsoft office programs), able to manage and output high volumes of work to meet deadlines
2) Calendar management for assigned managers, interfacing with internal and external teams
3) Professional phone calls management
4) Submitting and tracking T & E
5) Document translation and management
6) Document management and filing
7) Supplies and mail management
8) Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments
2. Travel and Meetings
1) Travel arrangements for team through travel agency
2) Meeting support for internal and external meetings including off-site meeting coordination
3) Visitor support for out of town visitors
3. Special Projects
1) Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking

1. Fluent in Mandarin and Good Command of Written and Oral English
2. TEM-6 minimum and TEM-8 or equivalent preferred
3. Good Computer Skill ( Power point, Excel, Word )
4. Have common sense and good command of logical thinking
5. Able to multi-task , work under pressure and still maintain high quality
6. Passionate about work, has the 'can do' and 'must do better' spirit

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):
